How to prepare.

How to prepare for Your Boudoir Session.

If you've never done a boudoir photoshoot before, it's normal to feel a little nervous or unsure about what to expect. But with a bit of preparation and some helpful tips, you can feel confident, comfortable, and ready to capture stunning images that showcase your beauty and sensuality.

I will guide you through the whole process from beginning to end.

  1. Plan ahead: Schedule your photoshoot well in advance so that you have time to prepare and feel relaxed on the day of the shoot. Consider booking any beauty appointments, and start shopping for outfits that make you feel confident and sexy.

  2. Read my Prep Guide! You will receive this immediately after booking. It goes over how to get ready, where to go shopping and what kinds of outfits to look for. I also send out more emails, including a Lingerie for different body types and emails on choosing the right outfits for you.

  3. Fill out my Questionnaire. It will let me know your preferences and any concerns you may have. During the phone consultation we do discuss alot of this. However the quetionnaire let’s us know your comfort level with nudity, the types of poses and styles you're interested in, and any specific features or angles you want to emphasize or avoid.

  4. Practice posing: Take some time to practice posing in front of a mirror or with a friend. Experiment with different angles, facial expressions, and body language to find the poses that make you feel confident and sexy. I will also direct during the photoshoot, fading the best angels for your body type.

  5. Choose your outfits wisely: Select outfits that showcase your best features and make you feel comfortable and confident. Consider bringing a variety of styles, colors, and textures to the shoot, and don't be afraid to mix and match. We shoot 3 outfits but I suggest bring 5-6. Leave pages on everything and so you can return any items that you don’t use.

  6. Take care of your body: In the days leading up to your photoshoot, make sure to get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, and nourish your body with healthy foods. Avoid alcohol and caffeine, which can dehydrate you and make you feel jittery or anxious. Make sure and eat breakfast.

  7. Relax and have fun: On the day of the shoot, I will help you with everything. Your job is to trust me and I promise that you will love your images.
