ABOUT ME!
Claire Pearce Photographer
Hey there, gorgeous! I'm Claire Pearce, and I'm the proud owner of Unbuttoned Boudoir Photography. I've been a Los Angeles Boudoir Photographer since 2010, and before that, I worked as a hairstylist. With years of experience in making women feel amazing, I truly have a master's degree in this field - just kidding, but I've spent countless hours listening to women and understanding their struggles.
I've had my own battles with body confidence, too. In my 20s, my body changed, and I suddenly became curvy. It was a challenging time for me, but it ultimately led me to become a boudoir photographer. I was born and raised in the UK but moved to Los Angeles in 1992. The pressure of seeing "perfect" people everywhere only intensified my insecurities, but it also taught me how to put people at ease quickly.
I work primarily with women, and after 30 years of experience, I understand exactly what we're insecure about. You can trust me to help you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. From clothing choices to posing and choosing your images, I'm here to direct you and make it an easy and enjoyable experience. I'm here to hold your hand, and I can't wait to show you just how beautiful you truly are!

Phone Consultation
So I can get to know you and find out more about how you want to be photographed, I like to have a consultation with all my clients.
During the consultation we go over every detail of the photoshoot including the pricing. Once you book I guide you every step of the way, on what to wear, where to shop, what to buy to flatter your figure and how to be shoot ready for the big day!
The Boudoir Session
Professional Hair & Makeup
All our sessions include hair and makeup. Our artists will give you an amazing makeover where you feel pampered and gorgeous!! They also do make up that is specific for photography. You will a hair/makeup consultation so our artists know what you like.
The Shoot
Each Boudoir shoot is in LA, unless we book a travel session. During the shoot I will be directing you the whole time!! I am well aware that most people don’t know how to pose and lots of our clients have never done something like this before. So I pose you from your head down to your toes!!
The Reveal
The Reveal and ordering appointment happens directly after your session.
Our clients tell us how much more confident they feel after their photoshoot!
During the reveal you will see your images fully edited and ready to print!! We have lots of options of how to show off your images, because after all we want you to display your images so that you can enjoy them!
We take debit/credit cards, Affirm, Paypal Credit and do offer in house payment plans.
Book your session 6-8 weeks before your event/wedding/anniversary/holiday.
